We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. "My 36-year-old heating and air conditioning system, which was original to my home, had been on borrowed time for some while. I researched and got bids from four local companies. I needed a new heat pump and air handler at least, but I also wanted to replace the insulation and duct work since it too was old and I had had some rodent issues in my attic some years ago. "Plumber arrived on time, we went over possible replacement faucets and he went back to shop to get the model I wanted.  He came back within an hour or so and installed the new faucet.  Unfortunately, he didn't have a length of 3/4" hose with which to flush our the hot water line which is partially clogged with rust, etc., so he was unable to perform that part of the requested service and I still have low hot water pressure in the kitchen.

"I'm awful with names but our technician went above & beyond with regard to the installation . Apparently the water heater did not include the necessary pan to go underneath the unit. He had to make a 25 mile round trip to Ace Hardware to get one. Aside from the time required to obtain the pan, the job was done quickly. I did my research prior to choosing Gilmore. All the reviews were stellar. The reviews for the other places were not. The final bill amount was on the extreme end of the spectrum from what I researched. Water heater installation is best done using as reputable a service provider as possible. It was an expensive investment but I would recommend Gilmore in the future."
