They didn’t offer the same old fertilizing schedule and instead told about slicing first. He was so meticulous in his work. "The good news...They were very professional, knowledgable and cleaned up each day (3 day job) . They took down 8 trees and trimmed another 15. Four of the 8 trees were in a VERY difficult location. The stump grinder was there the next day and did 6 stumps and filled in the depressions on the lawn. It was an excellent clean up. The Bad News..... Communication was lost somewhere between my speaking to the boss and the guy with the chain saw in his hand. They overtrimmed half the trees. They even did trimming the boss told me he didn't recommend! My wife is heartbroken. I would still recommend them BUT take the time off from work and WATCH them"

"I signed a contract with TurfMasters and they have been bought out by Tru Green. I now have weeds in the lawn and it is not the same service and product that I received in the past. I am really dismayed that this went on in the middle of the season. I like to be here when I get my lawn treated. I like speaking with someone at the actual company instead of talking to a call center rep. I like continuity! I definitely will not use them again in the future."
