Following an initial visit, Joe understood our vision for the bathroom and laid out a precise plan for getting the job done. He and his team worked diligently to execute the plan and he was always there to consult and advise us of progress. Joe and his plumber moved fast to locate and replace the frozen pipe so that the project could continue.
