"This is the second house that I have trusted Suburban Sanitation with the replacement of the septic system. I trust them (in particular Mark and his crew) because they are extremely knowledgeable regarding the design of the system, quality products to use, and working through the permitting process. Most importantly they communicate with the client and always do what they promise. Mark is in charge of all of this and does his job extremely well.This latest septic system was a tricky install in a wetland area in a town with a complicated permitting process (and in the middle of winter.) Hopefully no more septic systems for me, but if I did need one replaced I would hire Suburban Sanitation again."

"These guys were awesome. I called them in the morning and they came in later that day. Luckily for me the backup had cleared itself so despite leaving a mess in the basement, it wasn't still backing up. When they showed up they told me it would be $175 to check the drain lines and clear anything they found. This seemed fair since it was already going to be $85 for them to show up and do nothing. They got to work and about 30 minutes later told me that they had found tree roots and had cleared them. They let me know that this is a pretty common problem, and that the roots were likely to grow back so they should probably be cleared each year to prevent the problem from recurring. This seemed fair to me. They ended up charging me an extra $25 to replace the drain cap that would come off, but that was no issue. I will happily hire them again, and will be calling them back next year to check for roots again. It has been a month since they completed their service and there have been no repeat issues since then."

"True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a “soft blockage” in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a “sludge blockage” which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"

"They were a little past the estimated time but that was OK. The plumber called to let me know he was on his way. The dispatch office did not forward my unit number so I had to give that - again, not a big deal. The plumber was pleasant and did a great job clearing the drain and was even able to reattach a drain trap that I thought would need to be replaced in a way that doesn't leak. My only issue is that they are very expensive - even with the 15% Angie's list discount. <br />"
