"We called and visited in person the route 9 southboro location. We left a 825 cash deposit ?. We then got an install date of December 9 however we then got six inches of snow and have frozen ground. We visited after no reply To out email to reschedule install date and we were told we had to pay a 20% restock fee?!!! We didn?t customer anything . We?re never told Anything about this prior to accepting quote, inquired about dig safe and proof of insurance! When we pushed for the insurance and answers how a fence could properly be installed by hand digging when the ground is frozen they were not happy and became nasty when we said we no longer want to move forward . After a pleasant argument we were hastily given our money back.. the kicker here in the way out the door the loser calls me a CUNT? classy!!!! ! Beware and stay clear of idiots with no class!"

"I paid close to $6,000 4 years ago and 2 years ago 1 of the posts was wobbling. A very grumpy Dan said it was because I had a plant hanging from it!! BTW...I see that they give a 5% discount for seniors. I was 70 then and never got THAT! About 2 months ago, I noticed that 4 posts were like loose teeth and I was having trouble closing the 2 gates. 5 PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL VOICE MAILS WERE NEVER RETURNED!!! I have since had someone else come and replace...all were rotted! The contractor said it was pretty shabby work as none of the posts were put in properly! I guess I will be replacing the rest down the road. Never expected this on a 4 year old fence! I'd avoid this company at all costs!"

They were flexible and got us into the schedule in a reasonable amount of time, which is difficult in the current market. "I am very happy with the final outcome. It wasn’t an easy yard to fence due to rocks, ledge and sloping, but the crew worked very hard and got it done with quality. I have received many compliments from friends, family and neighbors. It’s sturdy and looks fantastic. Good fences cost money. I reached out to several different companies for proposals and all were within a similar ballpark. I went with Spry fence based on prior good reviews, they are local to me, been around a long time and Ed was knowledgeable. The crew installing the fence put in long days and worked hard. They were professional and cleaned up debris after each day. The crew foreman is Ed’s son and he kept things moving and answered any questions I had. I would hire this company again."

"Excellent! The old wooden fence was removed and replaced but we also added a pergola. The installer (Jaime) did a great job and cleaned everything up. He arrived around 7:00 AM and did the job by himself. Very hard worker who was friendly and polite."

"After two months my fence almost came up out of the ground and on the street during a small wind storm when all my neighbors older fences were fine. When I reached out for them to fix it they were unresponsive...wouldn't recommend using them. Spend an extra $1,000 and get your fence done properly."
