"I was very impressed from the beginning to the very end of my shower project with Patriots. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. All the workers were very respectful of my house while doing the job, very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they went along working. "After many years of Indecision we recently concluded it was time to put in a new kitchen. From cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and finally painting - the works!!! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom. "In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

We were taking down an old deck and adding a room to our house, along with doing a little kitchen remodeling. Dave and Andrew are excellent craftsmen. They also came up with creative solutions to some tricky design problems. Dave and Andrew always showed up on time, worked hard, then cleaned up the site at the end of the day.
