Our project included construction of a new porch, renovation of an existing porch, installation of new gutters, installation of new windows and the removal and replacement of siding. Jim was responsive to our questions and very helpful in the decision making process. We met with multiple contractors in planning this project and I don't believe we could have picked a better one than Jim and Beantown Home Improvements. "Power was doing work in the area and approached me about gutter and siding replacement. I contracted with them to replace the trim and gutters. The first day 3 people came to remove the old gutters and replace the trim. They worked from 8am to 6pm. The second day the gutter installers came. Both teams worked effeciently and I am happy with the results. People came when they said they would, sent a reminder that the work crews were coming and sent a quality assurance person to check the work performed."

"Our job was primarily exterior painting, including two large porches and a balcony, and some exterior carpentry. JR and the paint crew were very pleasant to work with. Initial estimating was very accurate and prompt. They did make some suggestions based on what they found, as the job progressed, those proposed changes and the reasons for them were communicated very well. As a result the our house looks so much better ( e.g. painting exterior doors and replacing balcony rails). The actual paint crew was very detail oriented and often worked late into the early evening to ensure timely completion of the overall project. In addition they were safety oriented always securing their equipment and ladders for the night. I was very pleased with the final result, including end of the job walkthrough with JR, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. "I honestly could not be more pleased with Mike and his crew with my recent siding project. From the estimate to job completion everything was perfect. I had several quotes from other providers, all offering much less value then Mike with some things being positioned as add ons. Price was very reasonable, and Mike was very honest and clear about the job. I had my house resided and it came out gorgeous. Mike's team has great attention to detail, my sunporch and other areas had some rotten wood, and the team replaced with new wood before residing.
