"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. See also my review under Roof replacement SIDING and DECKS_and_PORCHES."

"Great, we called and sent pictures of the damage and they responded that night. Gave us a quote and told us they would show up within the next week to repair the siding."

"If damage occurs to inside the house during installation of siding they will not cover any repairs. A hole is in our bathroom wall now and they will not fix it."

"They showed up first thing in the morning to repair the vinyl siding where two thru the wall ac units were. Also replaced some vinyl siding on the garage. On the roof valleys they installed rain diverters to disperse the water along the gutters. The communication was excellent. They showed as promised and completed the job to our satisfaction. I would hire them again."

"They did excellent work installing expensive glass tile. And they were very efficient while maintaining quality work. I would certainly hire them again."

"We are trying to sell our house and are on a strict timeline. Max responded to my inquiry immediately and was very professional. He was able to come to our house the next day, and start the work within 48 hours of our inquiry. Him and his team were efficient, and gave us peace of mind going into the selling of our house. Could not recommend Makyson Building more!"

"They came and repaired the siding, trim and small roof section after the removal of a cement block chimney. They were on time, efficient and did a great job. I was very happy with the work and the cost. I’d hire them again!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process.
