Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "
