Refuses to stand by warranty which was clearly listed on their website. Would never ever recommend them for any type of service. If you are unfortunate enough to hire them, be warned and keep track of how many people are on site and for how long."

"This is only directed at the tool and service rental area. Youngish man (guessing from voice) working there, answering the phone, is very, very unpleasant. Needed to rent a tool, wouldn't go to computer to see when it was supposed to be returned- even after calling multiple times to SEE if it had been returned. We are going to a different location.
