"Justin's crew were very fast and completed the task in 2 half-days. Since it is so high up in my back yard, I will wait for nicer weather to give it my FULL inspection but from what I can see, they did a very nice job. I plan to hire them again for other items I still need done. Thanks Justin !"

"Excellent work. Would hire again ."

"

We sat down and planned the work to be done and established the day to begin and how long it would take.  The price was negotiated to mutual satisfaction, and he came in about the middle of estimates provided by four companies.  He assured us that the moving of heavy equipment and large rocks across our back yard could be done with little damage, and that which occurred could be easily repaired.

He did the work personally with one other workman on time and with an eye to appearances.  They were courteous and careful.

"Excellent. Arrive, repaired, paid, no smoke, up front."

"They delivered the products that we had agreed on. They came and gave an estimate to do our landscaping but no drawing or planning...just a final cost. It also took more than one day to typically get a return phone call.

"We hired Fair and Square Remodeling to repair the floor in our kitchen. They sent someone out to review our needs and help us figure out the best route to take with the repair. They were on time, laid floor mats down to keep the dirt out, and were accommodating and respectful to our dogs (making sure Boomer and Kip weren't in the way). The floor repair they did saved us from having to redo our whole floor. All in all, what I really enjoyed about working with them was their ability to problem solve as well as help me manage when and when not to repair and how to move into a full remodel. I will be contacting them when we're ready to do our full remodel."

"It turned out the work I needed have done would have been more expensive than what my regular guy would have charged. I spoke with Joy Beckman in their offices through email, she very nice and easy to work with. Scheduling also wasn't going to work. My sprinkler guys is getting closer to retirement and I will most likely use this company when that time comes."

"I took on the role as general contractor and it was greatly appreciated that they were able to accommodate my calendar to stay on schedule. Rick and Adam came in the day before demolition to remove all of the appliances. They returned after the electrical work for the opening to the kitchen which required a new header with dry wall work. The ceiling work was perfect. Select Surfaces of Roseville (where I purchased the Dupont Zodiac solid surface table) recommended a fairly intricate leg and support system attached onto the island to support the weight of the table. Rick was not comfortable with the weight involved and recommended a commissioned support cabinet that came out beautifully as a much better alternative. I very much appreciated his experience and thinking out of the box by actually disregarding Select Surfaces recommendations which would clearly have been less than ideal. The quality of work was excellent."

"They showed up on time, and had done exactly what I had wanted. I would hire them again in the future."

"I would always hire Bince and his team. My lawn looked good all summer long! Thanks!"
