"The owner showed up in under an hour, took a look at the problem, brought in the necessary equipment, went to work immediately and finished the job in under 30 minutes. Chris was polite, knowledgeable and just a very likable worker. Earlier I had asked another plumbing company to come in to snake out a kitchen drain. What a mistake, the other company came in and presented 6 options to fix the clog. They charger me $99 to present solutions from $550 to $5500 (compleate under the sink rebuild). Completely wasted $99. Chris got the drain snaked and cleared for $195. Thanks Chris"

"The actual plumbing work went fine. My complaints are with the warranty company themselves. They raised my rates with no notification. Any time I have tried to contact them by phone , you regularly get put on hold for a half hour or more. Then reps seem indifferent to your concerns."
