"Overall, she was very helpful giving me many good ideas and the work done to date looks great. For my bedroom, she gave me good options on artwork, bedding, and painting color choices. For the den, she rearranged my furniture making for a much better flow. She also helped with the design of a curio cabinet that has yet to be built. For my concrete and brickwork, she helped formulate working patterns which is being used to lay down a walkway. On the negative side, believe the majority of her work is on the mainline and charges prices as such. She also seems to have limited knowledge of stains- this seems to be a limitation of all designers so she is consistent on this."

"Awesome! I worked with Ed at Main Line Kitchens to design our kitchen during a very stressful whole house renovation / expansion. To say he worked with me is an understatement. Ed might just have earned his counselor credentials as he guided me through some uncertainties, even calling me late one night from home after receiving a distressed email about a decision I was making. He ultimately helped steer me towards a cabinet line that fit my desired look, features, timeline, and budget and helped me see the pros and cons of the choices made along the way. He never pressured me and was able to accommodate a seemingly impossible timeline. He even came out to measure twice without complaint when my contractors weren't ready the first time -- not at all his fault -- but he was gracious and kind and took it in stride. Ed was personable and easy to work with and I never felt like a number in his book. When we received our cabinets I wasn't happy with a couple doors (normal issues you would anticipate with a large order and a perfectionist on the receiving end) Ed worked with the vendor and had them replaced and shipped immediately to me and the job wasn't delayed. The vendor even called direct to ensure I was happy with the replacements. It is clear MLK has a strong reputation with their suppliers. Ed was quick with recommendations for other vendors when I needed materials fast for flooring, countertops, etc. and all the other vendors knew and respected Main Line and Ed. Our new kitchen is truly the center of our home and we have Ed to thank for bringing it all together. I would recommend Ed and MLK to anyone in need of kitchen design services and cabinetry. In fact, I already have. I did my due diligence and shopped around and was very happy with the competitive pricing that came along with the white glove service and hand holding I received through this process. The expertise from the team at Main Line can't be matched. If you have a chance to work with Ed, know you will be working with a great person who genuinely loves what he does, and in the end, that passion will show through in your kitchen design."

"Simply put, Tom and his crew were the perfect guys for the job. We researched a few contractors on Angie's List, and we just knew that Tom was the most qualified and reasonable. He was prompt at showing up to give an estimate and his recommendations/opinions. Most importantly, he and his crew were trustworthy individuals, who we had no problem welcoming into our home for 2 weeks straight. My husband is very detail-oriented architect, and Tom followed his meticulous designs and worked with my husband throughout the process. Tom even made recommendations that would end up meaning more work for him in the end (e.g. diagonal tile install to make bathroom feel bigger). He was flexible and helpful, making trips to Home Depot to pick up our shower doors, toilet, etc. as needed. Our beautiful shower door was a bear to install, taking more than double the allotted time to put in; but Tom tackled the job and didn't charge extra for this or any other issues along the way. I am writing this review 8 months later, because I am still in love with our bathroom and tell my husband this at least once a month. We are thrilled with the final product!"

"We are currently awaiting delivery of our new furnishings but have been very pleased so far with the design and responsiveness of our lead designer, Kiki. We needed to upgrade and furnish multiple rooms in our house, and Kiki "got" our style right away and met our needs with flexibility for an infant-friendly design. We are also planning to use MDG for phase 2 of possible renovation/space planning work in conjunction with their architect referral. All in all, we are very happy so far with the services!"

"From start to finish, remodeling experience with West Chester Design and Build was outstanding. Chris and Jim really captured our vision for the kitchen and basement remodel and were very responsive to questions, provided us with good options for the designs and were especially conscientious to help us stay within our budget. Our project was able to be started quickly and finished on time which was a great help as we were in the midst of a very hectic move. The project manager, Ryan, was a wonderful craftsman who provided excellent quality work and attention to detail. He kept the projects moving despite some unexpected scheduling challenges and juggled lots of moving parts to get the projects completed by our quick move in date. Communication throughout the projects was excellent. All team members involved, including interior designer, plumber, electrician, etc, were all highly professional, accessible for questions. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and use them again for future projects."
