"Nathan, was very curtious, professional! He came in assessed the problem with my oven and proceeded to fix the problem! I would recommend his services."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Austin did a great job. He fixed the problem with refrigerator efficient. Highly recommended."

"Appointment was set according to our availability. Technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival time and arrived on schedule. He was very careful not to track any dirt in from his shoes. He asked questions regarding our problems with our oven and stove and then went about analyzing the situation. He stated he could fix the oven today since he had the parts in his truck. For the stove he looked for the parts online and found they have been discontinued. He searched for several suppliers and stated they could be obtained in about 2 weeks. He quoted us a price to fix the oven and then the additional cost to fix the stove. Given the age of the appliance, my husband and I decided to fix the oven today since we needed this, and we would continue to manually light the stove ourselves since we would more than likely be looking to replace all our kitchen appliances in the near future."

"Brendan was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job repairing our oven, and we had great conversation along the way. i highly recommend his services. Thank you, Brendan!"

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"I decided not to repair,"

"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"called for service and tech arrived the next day on time. the tech was very efficient and professional and in a short time the problem was fixed for a reasonable price"
