"Overall, my experience was good. The end product is excellent and the process was easy and professional. I had been shopping around for wood floors for a while and really was at a point where most of the prices were in the same zone so I wanted to find a provider who could make the process easy and fast. I was able to secure a visit from the team to measure the space and provide an estimate for the work within days of calling. From there, they came back with an estimate and stayed true to their quote. I was really worried about moving furniture around but they made that part of the process worry-free and just asked that I remove the small stuff/electronics from the space. They would handle furniture moving and carpet disposal. It took about 3 weeks for the materials to arrive. They delivered the materials to let them acclimate to the environment and then based on my schedule they installed a couple weeks later. All in all, I think I contacted them mid-August and had my floors 4 weeks later. 
The only hiccup in the entire experience was with the stairs. The stairs were supposed to match the wood flooring, but they ended up being several shades lighter.It was a manufacturer issue, but it was strange that nobody caught the problem before installing them. When I contacted Aimee and raised the concern, though, I have to say they were amazing. They committed to fixing the problem at no extra charge. We reordered and the materials were still not right so in the end they came out and sanded/stained to match, again at no extra charge. I was very appreciative of the team's responsiveness and customer care in that experience. 
Overall, very happy with the end - product. My space was transformed and I know it added value to my home.

"Pablo was very professional he came out and gave me a written estimate and a date when he could start the work and told me how long it would take. He was always on time. My upstairs hallways and stairs had been painted an ugly dark brown color and the floor was sticky. He did a beautiful job and restored the floors back to their former look."

"I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."
