"The reason I gave 1 star is due to the mess I was left with and having to hire another contractor to fix the issues. This contractor is very nice and seemed knowledgeable about remodeling when we met to go over my project, however he is very disorganized and brought in people that didn?t seem to know how to properly perform the tasks of remodeling. He left the house going to do other jobs and didn?t start on time as promised, nor did he complete on time I was given a completion date of February 15 after meeting in the end of January. There was a snow and ice storm that caused delay however he assured me he would still complete on time. One of his workers told me he goes from job to job and starts then works a little on one alternating to keep the client appeased! I paid him 7500$ down to buy supplies. He didn?t buy the toilets I asked for and bought the cheapest shower walls to put up He didn?t want to finish sanding the sheet rock and the trim was cut in pieces. There is more"

"Recently I noticed a section of gutter had disconnected and . collapsed.. I called to exercise my warranty, I heard nothing for several weeks and emailed with the same message. A couple more weeks passed with no reply until last week a crew came to my door and in very short order made the repair at no cost to me. Communications could have been better but the end rresult is what matters. Positive experience overall."
