"Second Nature Home Improvement team was awesome. I got a free estimate for all the work we needed. Company sent the contracts same night. So I agreed, they went to work the next Monday from when they came out. Very knowledgeable team, no matter what we needed they did it all, Bathroom Remodel, Flooring,Plumbing, Electrical work, outside hand rail, dishwasher hook up with pluming new electric outlets, they switched out an entire window for us. Water proofing part of the basement. Door repair, and a ton of small projects, the List goes on.... they literally do it all. Also anything the team saw that was an issue with our house Tommy would call to let us know. Super quick to suggest repairs of the said issues, and super quick with price quote. The original quote was for 1 month of work. even with all the extra stuff we kept adding on. The team finished everything in less then a months time. the pictures don't even begin to do justice, nor really show the terrific work they did. If you saw the before and after, looks like a completely different house. Very trust worthy team. We weren't living at the house during the remodel. We had just bought the house and had not moved in yet. Gave team the code to the front door. Gave them complete trust in our house and doing the awesome work they did. also I was over an hour away so most of our communication was by text, or phone calls, and photos. They were on the same page as me the entire remodel. This company has our future business, and anyone that I know that needs any kind of work done for the history of the company. "I needed a hot water heater installed on a holiday and A to Z responded that day and installed it the same day without charging me an additional holiday fee. Labor fee was more than reasonable. Sam did the installation and did a good job getting all the lines properly connected."
