I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"We were so impressed with the attention to detail, quality of work and professionalism of this organization and the contracted painting company, Planet Painters. There was a post job inspection to assure we were pleased. Probably what impressed us most was the amount of preparation prior to painting. Also pictures were taken before work was initiated so that nothing pointed out was omitted. We have three different areas to our house: very old, 14 years old and brand new. All parts were taken into consideration and treated accordingly."

"Overall Leo was very professional and eager to please us. He came out to the house as scheduled for the initial appointment, and he followed up with an estimate in a timely fashion. Once we accepted the estimate, however, we had to press Leo somewhat to get the work scheduled. A date was finally established, and Leo and a two-man crew showed up right on time to start our job. Once the crew was oriented to the job by Leo, he left and the work began right away. Overall the painters were neat, proficient and did good-quality painting. As part of the job, they painted the wall-mounted electric heater in the kitchen. Although they got the heater back in place after painting it, this was a struggle for them and apparently the wiring didn’t get reconnected properly. When we tested the heater the next day, it would not function. We brought this to Leo’s attention, and he dispatched them to try to fix it, but they couldn’t. Leo then arranged for an electrician to come out the next day, and he was able to put the heater back in working order. A few days after the paint job, we noticed that the paint on the ceiling over the bathroom shower was beginning to peel along the edges (and we were very careful to let the paint cure properly before we showered). We notified Leo, and he arranged to come out with one of his painters a few days later to address the issue. He prepared the affected surfaces and repainted the ceiling with a different paint, which appears to be holding up to the high humidity conditions of the bathroom."
