"Very professional. They know their business. I asked for references, and they gave me names of tradesmen who have used them and are happy with them. We visited them in their shop/showroom. They came on time to measure, they came on time to install. Polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves and finished very quickly. One tradesman said, "They are not the cheapest but they do good work." That sealed the deal for me."

"Hired them to do a sidewalk job. Paid the down payment and they scheduled the job. On the day of the job nobody showed up. Sent an email and was called back basically was told I was a liar because “their guys stated they did the job and can you show me pictures to prove it“. It’s called by another guy asked me if I had the materials at the house and I asked why would I have materials? You’re the contractor. Two days go by no response after emails. Fourth day get a call from someone saying I need to pay the subcontractor for the materials even though my bill with Mounts R Us, has all payments through them. Immediately asked for a refund or deposit 650because none of this was in the statement. No refund was given and filed a complaint."

"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

"This would take an entire book to write how awful the job was done and never completed. This all started in July of 2024 and here we are in April of 2025. Troy and Lisa aka Mike only arrived for 2 hours on 4 different occasions. They had every excuse in the book not to show up family members passing away, stuck in traffic so turned around and weren't coming, they were sick etc. The door they ordered for the delay in September was damaged but would exchange it for a new one. I never saw the door. There is wall paint on the trim and trim paint on the walls. They never did a second coat in any of the rooms. I had to reach out to them over and over again just to get a response. They were always going to call the following morning never did. They walked in the paint and ruined the Master bedroom carpet. They were supposed to hang the ceiling fan and that took forever that was the most time they were here because they had NO clue what to do. They were supposed to do a walk through and that never happened and blamed Sherman Williams. It was lie after lie. I just received a text last week stating they would call the following day and no answer to my text and never called! This is a total scam. Sherman Williams even verified it takes 4 hours for 1 coat to dry well they claimed they did 4 coats and not 2 were even done. They were only in each room for approximately 1 hr. Didn't even finish the job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never received the door or the paint the following day as promised to do the so called touch ups, which in reality a second coat needed to be done. So off to court I go. Oh, and the 5 star reviews be careful because they write them not customers."

And when he started the work, he kept me posted -- constantly kept in touch with me. When the work was finished, it was excellent. I was very happy. I'm actually contacting him again for another work at my house. I recommend him highly."
