He wrote up the estimate for us. After reviewing the estimate, my wife and I decided to allow Frankie Contractors to replace our roof. The final cost for replacing the roof was exactly what he stated in the estimate. There were no hidden costs or fees, and the job was completed in the time he estimated. We set a date for him to start work. He and his crew arrived on time and worked for two full days. His crew were also extremely capable, and worked diligently removing our old roofing shingles and putting on the new roofing material and shingles. Our roof is not a simple one. We have many peaks and valleys and a large skylight. They not only did an excellent job on the roof but also did a great job of cleaning up. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."
