"They were very fast, called me immediately, scheduled appointment for same day - 2 hours later. They called when they were delayed slightly due to prior job. Service charge quoted was reasonable - $69. They were able to diagnose the issue and we chose to have them repair the dishwasher. Price for repair was reasonable $290 and so service charge did not apply. "

"Alex was amazing ,he throughly cleaned the dryer and vent pipe then went on roof and cleaned the vent cap.thirty five feet in the air.Alex is extremely professional and charming.It's the only company we would use."

"Art was very responsive to my phone calls regarding a broken refrigerator freezer and offered helpful suggestions for me to self-diagnose and fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, those self-help efforts failed and required a service call. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem as two broken fans. I placed a deposit for the repair and he ordered the parts. It took about 4 days for him to return for the repair. This was longer than what I had expected and freezer items continued to thaw. He retuned and completed the repairs which included repairing a clogged drain line as well as replacing the fans. Total cost of repairs was $335. However, 3 weeks later the the refrigerator started making noise again and completely broke - this time with no cooling in either the refrigerator or freezer section. I decided to replace the unit rather than attempt another repair."
