I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. The door frame and trim work was all absolutely decrepit, and there was a good size chunk of damaged wall (what was left of it, anyway).and I don’t even know what else., but it was an absolute mess. Now the entire entry way looks brand new. I can’t overstate how great everything looks. In addition to the quality of his work, Kevin is wonderful . He’s punctual, clean, quick, and quiet. Communication and scheduling were easy breezy. The total Cost (labor and supplies) was very reasonable, and It was money well spent. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work.
