"Because three people came we were even more pleased with the service and price. Two focused on the upstairs, while the third cleaned the ground floor bath and dusted and vacuumed the dining room, hallway and living room. When done upstairs, all three focused on the parlor and kitchen. It was a miracle. My only feedback is that all three were short in stature and my little ladder was in use, so a few things on the ground floor on top shelves (and a couple ceiling light fixtures) weren't dusted. However, overall, it was a great result and easy to remedy."

"Everything went very well. A crew of 3 arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. They carefully wrapped furniture and loaded them into the truck. We packed many boxes ourselves and labeled them with destination (room name). This made it easier and saved some time. Wrapping and loading took about 1 HR. The unloading and unpacking took another hr. The crew even helped to disassemble, then reassemble some of the larger pieces of furniture (e.g., bedframes). All in all, a great experience- fast, friendly, careful (no damage!)"

The team arrived early for our 1500 hrs appointment. They consulted with the person selling the piano to us to optimize the process to exit of the piano from the back of the house to the truck. My family and I arrived shortly after that and signed the final paperwork.

The team got to work and had the piano out of the house and in the truck within 10 minutes. It was moved to our house. Unpacking and moving it into our house and to our front room probably took 5 minutes. The speed and efficiency were amazing. We watched them and the care they took to ensure the safety of the piano was comforting to us. Good job, team!
