"Not really writing about the initial visit six years ago which was excellent and I would recommend.  But about last week when I saw Jim replacing my neighbor's box.  When I waved to him Jim finished what he was doing and then recalling he had replaced mine asked how it was holding up.  Jim then inspected my mailbox and seeing that the paint had faded he took the time to remove the mailbox to not get paint on it and repainted the wood again.  Never expected that.  Thanks Jim again.

"Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.

"The driver was very nice and professional.  However, I was not told that the furniture pieces would be hauled in an open-bed, small pickup truck.  There is a van pictured on the website and I expected that form of transportation.  The vendor advised me to have the store shrink-wrap the items (but didn't tell me why) and the store wasn't willing to do that.  There was some damage to the items (small chips on the coffee table) but it was negligible and I don't know if the store caused it or the delivery service.  Luckily there wasn't a downpour that day.

"The work exceeded my expectations. The roof needed to be replaced and one whole wall was rotted out. He replaced the roof, used pressure treated wood for the walls and support boards. He also used tyvek. The repairs were higher quality than the original install. He even fixed the stuck latch. I was impressed with the careful quality work! Would definitely hire again."
