The first part of my experience was meeting with Darrel Walker and going through his thorough inspection of my roof and over my options of repairing vs replacing. The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. "I initially met with Jarrod Hewitt to discuss cost options and replacement colors on our home.  Jarrod showed up on time, was courteous and professional about the work.  He measured the diameters of the roof and showed my wife and I color options.  This included explaining the difference in shingle types, manufacturers and warranties associated with them. <br /> After we mutually agreed on the cost, Jarrod provided me with a timeline of scheduled work.  This included tear off, new installation, and hauling off any debris.  The job was completed exactly as we planned it.  The crew showed up as promised and the work was completed three days later.  The third day was mostly cleaning up and picking up nails, etc. <br /> After the job was complete, I complimented the foreman Edgar on a superb job.  Then on Friday 12/4, I traveled to Hewitt's Roofing Inc. office located in Ferriday, LA to take care of the payment for work completed.  Cynthia and the office staff were professional and easy to work with.  The invoice and warranty information was explained and I thanked them also for helping with the project. <br /> I would recommend Hewitt's Roofing to anyone who is in need of a new roof.  <br /> Thanks <br /> Jimmy <br />"

"Repairs to my Mother's roof were good, survived a 4 inch rain fall in two hours. The work on the workshop went very well. It started to rain about an hour before completion of the job but the guys kept on working and finished. The temperature had dropped a lot but they kept right on until the job was done. In the dark and rain they cleaned up the site very well."

"Absolutely wonderful experience with the Ground Zero crew who installed my shelter. They were punctual and efficient. The process was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. During the digging, a very small amount of damage was done on my garage. I didn't even know about it until the foreman explained to me how he was going to fix it - he repaired and repainted the area himself that afternoon. In addition to being very professional, the whole crew was kind to my 4 year old son who was very excited about the shelter. They gave him earplugs and showed him everything they were doing. He promptly unloaded the items to be fixed and skillfully went right to work changing the motor and then the rubber strips and holders. He was polite and knew exactly what he was doing and finished the job as soon as possible. He also made sure that my universal remotes worked as well as the two remotes that came with the opener. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Access Garage Door. I will definitely hire them again the future!!"

Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."
