Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. "Awful. These guys came to clean the house. When they left the house was in worse shape than when they started. There was a ton of dirt and grime that was left dripping down my windows and siding. I called to complain and the owner, Josh came out to see the job. Josh agreed it was a terrible job. We set a date for his crew to come out and re-clean the house. They never showed up. Just a horrible experience working with this private company."
