He put me in contact with someone who will remove the old one for free and who also has refurbished or scratch/dent appliances that comes with a 1-year warranty. "Overall, the experience with Justin and his work was great. While extraordinarily disappointed in LG's customer support and their barely 2-year old product, I can't say I am surprised that this occurred. This isn't the first time our LG dishwasher broke down, we learned 6 months after buying it that many dishwasher repair men won't work on LG dishwashers because they are a terrible product.
