"The work was completed on time and the final cost was about $80 below the estimate. They were very professional in their workmanship and attitude, and the site was cleaned before they left. The front lawn was destroyed when the home was installed and needed to be sodded. The rest of the lot has a lot of bare spots. I asked about sodding the entire lot and he stated that I should save my money. He suggested that I seed the bare spots and fertilize the lot. I felt he was being honest with me as he could have charged me to sod the entire site."
