"My sliding door was really hard to open because my dog had hit it hard and it got off track. Alonso did an excellent job fixing it, now it slides super smoothly"

"The sliding door opens so easily now , it makes me wonder why I waited so long to call them."

"Excellent service. Excellent work. Would highly recommend A&N for any repair work for windows, screens and sliding doors!"

"GEHome Repair. Fixed our storm door problem quickly Gary was courteous and knowledgeable Honest too Thank You"

"Good Services Solutions did a fantastic job with my sliding glass door. I thought I was calling them for a lock repair, but once they saw the door, they showed me how the lock was fine and the problem was the door track. The took the door apart, cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, and put it all back together. They didn't try to up-sell me a full door replacement, they just fixed it and made it work great. So glad I went with them!"

"I am beyond happy with the creative solution and craftsmanship provided by Kevin to repair and tile my bathtub wall. I found Kevin on Angi’s after a plumbing fix left a hole in my wall and another service attempted to fix it and failed. Kevin listened and proposed a couple of options to meet my budget and fear that any type of repair would look like a patch job in my 1960’s mosaic tile bathroom. He selected tile options that, now installed, look like an accent wall instead of a quick fix to cover a hole. Thank you, Kevin, for your professionalism and a solution that surpassed all expectations."

"I liked them but I was looking for a sliding mirror door."

"Henry's sliding door specialist provided a quick, professional and excellent service at a very fair price. They investigated all possible solutions to the leak and we are sure of the successful conclusion of the problem."

"I called them and they came the same day and fix the door."

"I called to ask a few questions regarding their capabilities and whether or not they could do the things I had on my list. I first called at noon and he, Angelo I believe, said he was at a customer's house, and rather than take down my number, told me to give him a call after 4. Ok, I did that. When I called at 4:30, he was available. I need my front door replaced, and he even said he would go to Home Depot and pick up the door for me because I have a small car, with the understanding that it would come out of the allotted time for the deal, which I of course understood. Good so far, I moved on to the rest of my list. He gave me straightforward answers about a few things, telling me I should call a plumber for my relief valve, an electrician for the electric problems I'm having, which I appreciated. Then, I asked about my screened-in patio, which is where the call went south for me. There are holes in the screen and it needs to be replaced. He asked if it would require a ladder, to which I said yes, and that I have a 10 foot ladder already out there. He said, "Not that the screen is something we can't do, but we're getting older and have back and neck issues, so if we have to reach up above shoulder height from a ladder, that's something I would choose to say no to." While I appreciate the honesty, I can't help but think being a handyman would require you to "reach up from a ladder" on a daily basis. He made it clear that they do ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. - wouldn't all of those require reaching up from a ladder? I found it very bizarre and personally, off-putting. So as I said, I did not buy the deal knowing that something as simple as having to reach up above shoulder height was going to be an issue. I would have rather heard, "No, that is not within the realm of our capabilities" than "Well, we CAN do that, but not for you." It seems a bit odd to tell a potential client that you're capable of doing what they need, but unwilling to do it. Again, I did not use the service, which I noted in the question above. Also - if you're looking into the $299 for 8 hours of labor deal, you should know that it is actually 4 hours for 2 workers, not actually a full day of working. I understand why, but it should probably be noted in the deal.

Update: The company seemed to be under the impression that the screen I needed replaced was over a pool....it's a small outdoor patio that has an aluminum roof, with no pool, just some torn screen on the sides that needs to be replaced. I have no idea what gave them the impression that it was a monstrous patio with a pool. It is only a couple feet taller than the ceiling fans that I was told could be replaced with no problem. I suppose if he had asked if I had a pool, or how tall the patio was, he would know that."
