His prices are reasonable for the quality of his work and services. My only complaint is that he is busy and booked; however, that is understandable. I will continue to hire him for those routine as well as those sometimes unexpected house repairs."

He aligned an exterior balcony door that wouldn't close and lock properly. He fixed a closet door that was falling out of the railings. He caulked around the kitchen. He cleaned grout in the shower and cleaned surrounding drywall near shower door. All together he charged $135. I recommend him and will call him again in the future."
