"Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping did a wonderful job on my patio. Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. I am looking forward to hanging out in the backyard on my new patio all summer long!"

"It went very well. They are very good. Their timing is great. There have been a couple times when my son was parked in the driveway and we had to reschedule but it was no problem. Every time they come out they make sure everything is done. They are very fast. The service is super!"

"One Stop Property Management made my lawn look incredible and was always on schedule., Bob is extremely precise with work, leaving your lawn looking exactly how you imagined it, no matter the work needed they always take a extra passionate step to secure your satisfaction . I highly recommend Bob to anyone in this area looking for reputable contractor to take care of your lawn or any other installations."

"The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"

"An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. If you're looking for a landscape lighting and/or irrigation professional, they're the BEST!"

"Kenny and his staff did an Excellent job installing the paver patio. Very professional and careful covering the driveway for the heavy machinery. They absolutely know what they are doing. Highly recommend We are completely satisfied"

"This is now our second project with Roy and his Team. We recently tasked them with a large yard renovation and driveway project. The scope was very expansive: demo of existing hardscape, installation of drainage, grading, belgian block driveway curbs, belgian block apron, paver patio, sidewalks and more. The work and craftsmanship changed our whole yard and looks beautiful. The crew and Roy are respectful and friendly, highly recommend."

"Very helpful in providing options and links to those options for new kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove). Delivered and installed in a timely fashion and installers were very detail oriented. Had a small issue and they came right back a few weeks later to fix. Very happy overall!"

"It went well. Mr. Gallo looked at the condition of the retaining wall and said it wasn't something he wanted to work on. He said he was more of a plant maintenance and landscaping person. He gave me an idea of the kind of company I should hire. He was very helpful although he didn't perform any work.

"Alex exceeded expectations: Left a VM during this busy time and got a call within 24
hours. Truck showed up the following day and did the work. I contacted
Double Tree last thinking that it would be the most costly....Turned out
they were the lowest price and the only company willing to show up
quickly."
