"I have a 3 unit building in Hudson Co. that I have managed for almost 30 years. It was necessary to do major renovations years ago to bring the building up to code. So he did a complete gut and remodel of the second floor of my house, which included a full bathroom and tub/shower, 3 bedrooms and an office.
