"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

"The project involved building two walls, adding a door, building a closet, matching texture and painting. I got three bids on the project. PT'S bid was about half the price of the other two contractors. I was a little skeptical but selected PT and I am very happy that I did. PT completed the project in only four days. One contractor told me it would take two weeks. I was also extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and materials. Both were top notch. I was also impressed with the punctuality and courtesy of the workers. I always felt comfortable having them in my house. Overall I am very happy with PT'S work and would recommend them for other remodeling projects, particularly for anyone on a tight budget as I was."

"We hired Art's when our original landscaper ran into problems and could not do the job. Art's was able to start the job in just a week or so, while others were stating it would be 3 months. We were VERY happy with the work. Though there were some delays, the quality of the work was first-class. Importantly, the workers themselves were diligent and willing to make changes and do any extra we requested. Art himself visited the job site almost every day to make sure all was going as expected. "We needed someone to install tile around the bathtub at an apartment unit we own. Joey at 2 Daughters Handyman came to the rescue. He quoted us a fair price based on what we could see. However, once he started the work other complications were discovered such as mold behind the existing wall. Joey and his crew were able to take care of each issue and charged us a fair amount for the extra work performed. We were very impressed with his willingness to get the job done in a timely manner. He even went to two or three places on his own to find the tile we wanted. We will definitely use 2 Daughters again and would recommend them to anyone needing his services.
