"Came out to get rid of a squirrel. He did apparently remove a squirrel, but not the one we called about because it was stuck too far down. We were told our chimney was too rusted to use, and a temporary cap was placed on the chimney. According to a second opinion our chimney is in working order, and we had the cap replaced with a working one. I'm not sure what that was about but I do really appreciate the promptness with which Chimney keeper was willing to come out and handle our squirrel problem. Not exactly worth $300 though."

Many roofers padded their estimates and passed along some of the extra money to offer freebies to the home owners. Neligan was recommended to us by another homeowner in the neighborhood who had used them and was very happy with the work. We had already received estimates from other roofers, who had the intention of offering incentives to us. Neligan did not do that. They gave us an honest quote for the roof repair. They did a great job, kept us abreast of what was to happen, and were professional throughout. They did not put a lien on our property like other roofers do, which we appreciated. We were very happy with the work they did, and had them later replace the roof of one of our rental properties. That went well also. There were some issues with the skylights leaking after that job but they came and fixed it promptly and there have been no issues since. They also fixed the roof of another rental we had, solving a problem that had existed for years. Finally, when the parish hall of our church needed a roof replacement, we recommended them to our pastor, and they did the work on that roof. There have been no issues with that work either. When it comes time to replace the roof of our other rental property, we will use them again. They are honest (which is hard with roofers), professional, and they back their work."

Kayco time and time again kept impressing him with their ability to put up a new roof the right way. Kayco almost put a new roof on our house in one day but ran out of sunlight. We don’t have a big house ,but it was still impressive to watch. They clean up very well ,and they don’t leave that dumpster in front of your house for days after the roof is completed. He saw this with several roofing companies ,but not Kayco the dumpster was gone the day they finished. "It was a great experience. I had heard about them from friends who had used them. I replaced my mother in laws roof and they did such a nice job even with clean up. She was quite happy with the results and roof looks great. I decided to use them for my house since it needed replacing also. They were all very nice and professional from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves daily. Roofing staff was experienced (no cheap laborers) and inspectors told me they did a great job and brought everything up to code to deal with hurricanes (being in Florida). They also provided me a detailed mitigation report with pics for me to send to my homeowners insurance. It brought my insurance rate down and I have a nice warranty. Roof looks great. They also gave me a good recommendation on gutter service."

We opted for GAF roofing with Golden Pledge warranty. In comparison with other Master Elite certified GAF installers Mr. Hagerty submitted very competitive quote. We are glad about our hiring decision. Team did excellent job on the roof. They have only one team working on roofing projects day after day. There experience and professionalism of doing this work was seen on the job. Many of them are employees of the company unlike other companies hiring contract labor per job basis. On personal note I appreciate company policy of expecting their employee working approx. 8 hours/day. This is very physical work. I was ok for our roof replacement taking 3 days to finish, in comparison to 1 day start-to-finish work done on some of the homes in my neighborhood. Not sure if quality can be maintained by rushing the work."

"<p>ProTile  Renovations LTD CO lived up to my expectations as a first class company who does the work correctly the first time.</p> <p>The 2 techs Matthew Phillips and Russell Hester installed 4x4 PVC Posts, Handrails and Balusters. The Post were mounted using 4x4 treated lumber and then the PVC covered the Posts. Handrails and everything else had steel or aluminum inside PVC providing strength. My porch looks awesome now and I no longer have to worry about rust or maintenance.</p> <p>Matthew and Russell were prompt, professional and displayed a very high work ethic. They carried off the excess materials leaving the work area spotless. I highly recommend this company including the owner and office manager named Sophie. I believe I got my money's worth.</p>"
