"Replaced my propane gas tankless hot water heater on the same day I called him. They were fast and professional."

"Very nice young man. He came prepared to work. He cleaned up after he was done. He went out of his way to make sure I got my water back."

"Zef and his coworkers were honest, hard working. They showed up when they told us they would. Worked quickly, without a mess. After quick installation, they gave thorough instructions on the new Carrier central air system."

"Jose was my installer. He not only installed my wonderful tankless hot water heater with 6 inches of water under my house, but also got my old metal corroded pipes to flowing at high pressure."

"Very professional and addressed my concerns with my water"

"Eric was able to work around my schedule. Great communication and friendly. Top notch work!"

"Central heat and air failed and needed replacement due to age. Spouse suffers severe illness similar to A.L.S. Asked several contractors for iron clad quote. All others had a lesser quality units costing more money and added the infamous; " Additionally, if this or that is needed..." clause. No one would commit. J & W stuck to their bid. When issues presented themselves J & W honored their commitment. Electrician, covered. Restructure attic, covered. They arrived when promised and delivered as promised. I believe they were honestly concerned about the comfort of my disabled spouse. I would recommend J & W as a 5+. Unlike other Jacksonville A.C. contractors I have dealt with in the past, J & W exceeded my expectations."
