He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!! They did a better job than I had expected due to the nature of the fence and post being a huge hurdle to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Twigs. "Dario and the guys from Consolino just finished our new driveway and porch.  I contacted Consolino a month prior to closing on my house.  Dario was extremely responsive, to that point that he proactively followed up when I didn't get back to him.  I obtained 4 quotes for my driveway (approx. 50' x 10') and new porch.  Consolino's price was very competitive and fair, based on the other quotes I received and extensive research on Angie's List.
The work was completed on time and as promised.  Dario even extended the back portion of the driveway, connecting to the back door, as he realized it would look a lot better than cutting it off where we had previously planned.  He did this all free of charge.  The crew was very professional and polite.  I would gladly make Consolino my first call for any concrete needs in the future.

"We were originally scheduled for an early December job, but a slot opened and we were inserted two months earlier. Doug and his crew showed up early in the morning on the first day to drain the pool and begin tearing down the safety fence, removing accessories and making way for the machinery to gain access to the pool area. Once everything was cleared, a bobcat and a backhoe were used to remove the concrete and break up the marcite as necessary to meet code. All waste and concrete remnants were hauled away. Day two involved filling the pool after approval by the town inspector, then putting down topsoil and seeding the area. The entire job was completed in two days. Now, three weeks later, the seed is sprouting with an expectation that the lawn will establish well next spring. All in all, it seems that Pool Busters did a great job! The final proof will be seeing how much the pool area settles after the winter season. So far, so good after a couple of saturating rains."

"The tub was rusted by the drain. We wanted to find the leak and thought it was correct to replace the drain. They matched the brushed satin color and tried to find a larger part that would cover the rust to look nicer. A larger part was not to be found so a lot of caulking was done. No leaks as of install. Nice, respectful and cleaned up after. I will hire them again when we replace the tub."
