"Oct. 2016: Very good service. They took pictures before and after making the repair, showed them to me prior to requesting payment ($148.00), and sent the pictures to me via email. The chimney needs more work on the brick and mortar. They gave me an estimate ($1,300) and recommended the work be delayed to spring since the repair will last longer if it is done in warm, dry weather."

"Alan is probably one of the best contractors I have ever had! He is very talented, does as excellent job, is on time, and cleans up after his work. The basement and half bath turned out fantastic! Instead of putting a door to my sump pump he built a book shelve on hinges and it turned out great! He also did some finishing trim work in our bathrooms and kitchen and he did a great job. Without a doubt I would recommend Alan and will call him again for future work!"

"We asked Tri-Pups to make it look like our side entrance was never there.  We wanted the siding on the house to blend in, the new wood flooring that replaced the stairs to match the rest of the wood, the new baseboards to match, etc.  And they did just that!  When we tell people there used to be an entrance there, they have to see the pictures to believe it.  It looks amazing!  We were really impressed by the wood floors - you can't tell the new flooring from the old.   <br /> <br /> We've used (and continue to use) Tri-Pups for all our home repair/maintenance/upgrade needs.  We were initially referred to them by someone putting gutter guards on our home.  They served with Tri-Pups on the local chamber of commerce.  Tri-Pups first project for us was building a fence in our backyard.  They did a great job, so we just kept hiring them.  So far we've had them build a fence, install ceiling fans, re-grout a shower, install baby locks, fix a toilet, fix an outdoor electrical outlet, add a door lock to a sliding door, build custom baby gates.... <br /> <br /> They always show up on time, explain what they are doing, do the work and clean up.  They always leave the space they are working in cleaner than what they found it. <br /> <br /> Everyone on the team is friendly, easy to talk to and we just feel comfortable with them.  Since their team is so small, we know everyone on a first name basis.  It's very comforting knowing you can come and go while they are working in the house and not feel at all worried.  While their competitors may have lower prices, Tri-Pups will not sacrifice quality.  Chris is very detailed (along with Debbie and everyone else) with his work.  If he's putting his name on it, it will be done correctly.  This is one of the many benefits of working with a small business - the owners are only as good as their reputation and Tri-Pups takes their reputation very seriously.    <br />"

"I have been around the block and have had my fair share of dealings with construction companies... I know that writing this review, still wouldn’t give out enough credit and praise to this FABULOUS company! The owner Mark and his assistant Cody, first came to our home and went through all the windows that should be replaced... I knew they were an honest company and wasn’t out to take advantage of us in the least bit... After they assessed the windows that needed replacing, I asked about some of the others to see if we should replace... The answer we were given was; why would you want to waste your money, these other windows and sliding door are in great shape!… Wow!, was that ever refreshing to hear. In addition to that, we had asked if they would be interested in doing more exterior work for us; replacing some of the old wood around the house. They figured out what was rotting and replaced it with painted new wood. This company came out, and while working, they might notice something small that needed to be sealed up or fixed even... They didn’t have to do the little extras, but guess what... They did and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!… We will NEVER, hire another company to come out and do our windows or projects. I am a long lifer with this company from here on out -Couldn’t be happier. The job went fast, the guys, Tom, Alex, Jimmy, and Cody were there on time, considerate beyond belief . They made certain that the property was clean after every single day and made sure we were happy with every single thing that was going in and on for all those days. When the projects were finished, they came back out and rehung our blinds back up. I must also mention that Tom, can custom build and trim out around posts and windows like I’ve never seen... But, he did have his helpers to assist, and for that, I am sure that that’s why and how he can do such great work. Jimmy, Alex, and Cody, BIG THANK YOU to all of you guys to. "The replacement of the door went phenomenal. Tom and his team were on time and very professional. He was able to salvage our trim and door knob from the original door, which was very much appreciated. He saved us some money that way! He was able to come out to fix the door immediately which was very helpful as we were losing heat during the winter time. He repainted the door and all of the trim and made sure the door was shimmed appropriately to fit the frame. The door works great and looks like it was the original construction. <br />"
