"Disappointed with service, but looks ok.  Completed job in time noted.  When I spoke to gentleman for a quote, John, stated they would evaluate base material then determine if gravel would be needed.  Apparently it didn't in their opinion.  However, what I saw was a lot of sand and round stones as an old base that to me should have been removed/replaced.  It tracked in my garage and house for about four weeks.  Two neighbors using different contractors right now have had old asphalt removed and gravel bases put down. <br>  I think it was a very poor choice to not lay gravel down and probably an expense I paid for, but didn't receive.  Also, I found that a shrub next to the driveway was burnt, don't know if it will survive.   <br>  This contractor also removed a pay loader bucket of lawn on the left side of the driveway for water drainage purposes and left it just a dirt spot.  I had to call John and inquire about it.  He said they don't do landscaping, but would deliver some topsoil and seed.  I got the topsoil.  "

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. "<p>Andi and his crew have provided great service over the years. I met Andi in 2008 and he was one of many contractors who bid on my job. Andi was and is the right guy for any job. He provided a well thought out plan and time frame. Our first job was two retaining walls that hold back a large hill, which leads to my pool. The job was difficult and a Challenge with the elements (rain etc). Andi's crew showed up on time everyday and worked very long days. He did exactly what we wanted and the walls came out perfect. The walls travel over 90 feet each and have a height of about five feet. That doesn't count the below grade stone and cement. He completed the job and was extremely careful to ensure that there was proper drainage and the stone work was performed by a craftsman.</p> <p> The next project we had were walkways and front steps.
