"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"This is my second review of Lecla I cant write another one on google so ill go to wherever I need to tell the world this is literally THE BEST COMPANY for any home improvements that you need! They originally put a new roof on my house and had to take the old one off and replace some panels. All of this they got done in ONE DAY! I've never seen employees work so hard it brought tears to my eyes lol. I then had Lecla paint the exterior of my home. Eric the manager and Freddy the head of the crew are amazing! super responsive and their work is meticulous and timely! They sanded my house to the bone fixed all the rotted shingles primed and painted all in FOUR DAYS! They are THE MOST efficient company. Don't look anywhere else this is the place!"

"I was up in the attic a few months ago and slipped and stepped on the ceiling of my daughters room.  A good quarter of the ceiling needed repair.  Having had Chris fix some water damage on my ceiling previously, I knew just who to call for this job,  Just as before, Chris and his team were prompt,cleaned up after themselves, did great  quality work in the repair. It wasn't even noticeable after they finished that I had messed up a good portion of ceiling. Good as new! Reasonably priced, on time, on quote, Quality work and they clean up after themselves! "Anderson and his crew did beautiful and thorough work on our exterior. We had several doors replaced, a back step re-built and the whole house prepped and painted. They were careful to sand, prep and replace any rotten boards; their prep work was a lot like "restoration" in many ways. They took their time to do quality work and were happy to add on a number of small interior projects in addition to the above mentioned exterior work. Our neighbors were all very complimentary about the work, too! The only reason I can't give a full five stars is that some of the interior work seemed more rushed and not completed with the same degree of care and thoroughness as the primary job. However, overall, for the main job of exterior work, we were thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend them."

Thorough, responsive to our questions and Express Painting did everything they promised they would do. They were also exceptionally clean and created no dust from a lot of interior sanding. "Daniel replaced a dozen wood casement windows for us with new vinyl clad ones. The windows he replaced were 20 year old ones from when the home addition was constructed. The other windows in the house were replaced about 15 years ago and Daniel was able to almost exactly match those. He provided the best price and his team was quick and efficient. They did a great job and the new windows are perfect."

"Out 1957 home had minimal insulation in the attic. Over the years some had been added but there were many gaps which made for uneven temperatures throughout the house. Dave and his crew removed the old inefficient patchwork of insulation. They then added channels around the rafters to promote air-flow. Finally they added blown in insulation to achieve R49 or better. The insulation is already making a difference in even temperatures all through the house. Dave and his team were punctual, professional and unobtrusive. The office was very communicative keeping us aware of all phases of the work. We highly recommend Dave and his company."
