"Showing up on time and carefully explaining the process of the work involved over two days, Josh Armstrong and his crew removed two huge Douglas Fir trees from our back yard in a difficult position, both trees had to be taken down branch by branch and winched down in very close quarters to our home, flower gardens and fencing and then the trunk chainsawed in chunks and dropped carefully without doing serious damage. The debris was carefully raked up and removed and at all times they were polite and thoughtful and we are grateful for the job done at a very reasonable cost."

"I gave a previous rating of a 2 during to some community ication problems and proble.s on the property. The general managers came to my place and fixed the problems going the extra milee to make sure I was satisfied. The roof itself was excellent and workers there efficient. I am now fully satisfied with the response from the company mabagement... they even planted flowers the workers has distroyed..."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
