They entered my home, reviewed the fireplaces, and told me how they would fix them. After that, I called and called. I called the gentleman who came to provide the quote. He couldn't help me. I had another company come out and repair the problems while still waiting for Chimney Cricket to continue the engagement. I finally got a call from the office (after I had had the work done) and she said she was following up on the quote. The quote they had never sent. The workman seemed knowledgeable, but I took the day off and let workmen into my house just so that I would spend time chasing them and STILL never receive a quote.
