"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. His experience also makes him a terrific sounding board to discuss ideas and possibilities before endeavoring to begin a project that may have implications that you havent considered. He is not the most expensive contractor you will find, but he offers the best value of any that we have worked with in the past. He renovated a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, stairs, and a patio door, which included siding."
