Their attention to detail and quality was demonstrated whether working at ground level or 30 feet up, dealing with doors, trim, metal railings, stairs and carefully masking windows, lights and exterior accessories. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Donovan is a skilled craftsman. He is professional, honest, and conscientious. He replaced the skirting on our double-wide and, besides making the skirting look better than the house, he made two very nice-looking little doors to allow us to access under our house. He also made a very good suggestion of adding a line of caulk around the house above the skirting. He came in below his estimate. I will definitely hire him again if I have another project."
