"Ted came over and replaced the drain arm in the wall from the kitchen sink. The house was built in the 50's and the pipe was old and leaking. If you can call a repair like this as a work of art, he did it. Excellent work. Thank you Ted and Angeles Plumbing."

"I call Jamie Parrish Plumbing because I have used this business before back when Jamie himself was doing all the work. That was 5 years ago. He now has nine plumbers working for him. One of them, named Avery, was just here installing a kitchen faucet. I had fully intended to install it myself, but after procrastinating (for 8 months!) the inevitable frustration and cursing that accompanies many of my DIY projects, I finally called Jamie Parish plumbing. Avery did a great job. He was fast, efficient, polite, and he even took his shoes off when he came in the house. (I did not ask him to.) I highly recommend this business. Jamie himself is a top-notch plumber, and he apparently hires other top-notch plumbers who have pleasant personalities as well. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough because I have used both Brother and C*** Plumbing in the past and would not call either of the latter again."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
