"We recently had new granite countertops installed and needed a plumber to hook up the new faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Ben and his crew arrived and got to work quickly. Since we are also having new floors installed, he recommended they come back once that is finalized (and will honor the price quoted) to hook-up the dishwasher otherwise they'd have to come out again (which would result in paying twice) . I appreciated that information! They worked quickly and efficiently and everything was perfect. They also hooked up the new gas range top as well. Due to the remodeling work we're having done, I've had three different plumbing companies out in the last few months and by far this company was the best price and quality of work. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs! They were also one of the few to give a quote over the phone. Most places want to come out and charge a trip fee, which could be applied to the work if they do it immediately (in some cases), but it makes it difficult to compare pricing. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend to neighbors and friends!"

"Water to the house was shut off, a pipe had cracked and urgently needed repair.  Another company had come out earlier and almost immediately started talking about digging up my front yard and how expensive this repair might be. <br /> That rubbed me the wrong way so I called AQP.  They sent out John Stubbs and another plumber who arrived quickly, looked at the broken pipe and explained the situation and submitted a written bid.  I told them to go ahead and they quickly fixed the pipe at a reasonable cost.   I had an issue with the toilet and they fixed that as well while they were there. They were courteous and respectful, and explained what they were doing and I'm definitely going to call AQP for all my future plumbing needs. <br /> I've been thinking of redoing my plumbing with Trex and if I do, I'm going to call AQP. <br /> BTW, you can request particular plumbers, and I absolutely recommend John Stubbs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A sad update.   The toilet fix did not work, it ran all night after the plumbers left.  I called the next day and they sent out the same plumber.  He told me that he had been trying to economize and did not install a particular part.  I told him to fix it and he did, but then presented me with a bill for another $100 or so. <br /> I had hoped that the company would waive the charge and credit my account, but yesterday, the second charge went through."

"Jason did an excellent job. He replaced my garbage disposal as requested and also repaired a leaky on pipe under sink that I did not know about. He did it all in less than an hour, cleaned up afterwards and his price was very reasonable which I am sure is due in part to the fact that he works on his own. I am very happy to know of a Licensed Master plumber who is a independent. Will definitely use again. 5 Stars!"

I immediately knew I had finally called the right company. His crew came out the next day, (on a weekend!) and got the job done. The crew was friendly, professional, and got the job done in less than 3 hrs. I was also impressed with the quality of the install and how they cleaned up, including taking away the old unit. The best part was the price. Like they said, they specialize in water heaters; I had gotten 2 other quotes from other plumbing companies that were each over $1000. more for the same job and product! "We replaced all the water pipes in our 2 story TH in August 2021. VERY HAPPY with Repipe Specialist! The estimator who came to the house walked through the entire property with us, including the detached 2 car garage where the hot water heater is located. He fully explained the entire process to us, and everything done was what and how he said it would be done. The team who did the actual work were amazing! They worked in perfect sync together, like they had done this thousands of times! They were not only knowledgeable about what they were doing, but also very considerate and courteous to us while they were in our home. The entire process was completed in 2 days and on the 3rd day, the City Inspector came and approved the job. We never moved out of the house! We had our own contractor complete the sheetrock repair, etc. because we had other work for him to do that was not related to the repiping. We do (and have) highly recommend Repipe Specialist."
