He was very responsive and professional, performed an inspection and said he could do the job, gave me a fair price, and explained to me everything the previous company did wrong and what he would do to fix it. "We need to change our whole house carpet to wood floor due to kids allergy symptoms, so we shopped around and finally choose floor it today because it’s good reviews and low price quote. Before the work started, I went to their office to confirm our appointment date, and fortunately I meet their store manager, Ahmed Mirza. He is very polite and knowledgeable, he patiently explained to me how they will do the work, and gave me a lot good suggestions on my DIY project. It took the work team total five day to finish job, and the team lead, Max, is very professional and did a great job. The only frustration during the work is that the bags of leveling cement (float) is an unknown number in the quote, and I was told usually need 2~3 bags(max 5). But the work team used 15 bags, and each bag cost $60, that’s $900 more added to the quote price! I was very disappointed and felt been cheated from the initial quote by this hidden cost, so I sent Ahmed an email complaining about this. Fortunately, Ahmed discounted the float to 5 bags and charged $45 per bag, so finally $225 was added to my initial quote price. I am glad they had Ahmed as store manager who knows how to do good business and cares about customer’s feelings. I also feel lucky that I meet him before the work started and get his contact info. I probably won’t get the same treatment and discount if I express my disappointment to someone else. Conclusion: floor it today has a good store manager and good work team, but be careful of the unknown number of bags of float in their quote, it could really surprise you when the work finished. Final advice to new customers: meet with Ahmed before the job start, and communicate with him directly if problem happens during the installation."

"Roberto came to our home and took very detailed measurements and then provided an estimate the next day. The estimate included two options, granite or pre-fabricated granite and included tile work for the backsplash and plumbing work. We met with him that weekend to look at the granite and pre-fabricated granite. At the granite manufacturer, he showed us full granite slabs, not small pieces and gave us his ideas on ideal granite colors and they matched with our thoughts. We went to the pre-fab granite location next where we were able to see the quality and Roberto educated us on Installation of pre-fab granite. We have a very long master bath countertop (almost 7"), so we went the traditional granite route. We then went to see tile options where Roberto showed us travertine tile samples that would look good with our granite choice. We even looked at grout samples, so that we would be sure to have the right look. We asked him what to do about our sad looking master bathtub. Roberto suggested granite to replace the seat and windowsill cultured marble and also a sliding glass door. We took his advice and were very happy. Roberto's installers came a week later and made short work of removing our old countertops and installing the new ones. The work was incredible and the detail was precise. The granite fits close to the cabinets and the seams are almost impossible to see. The following day, the backsplash was installed and the plumbing work started. The tile work is gorgeous and was done with considerable care, no large clumps of grout where a small tile piece should be. The plumbing was immaculate...clean, neat work with no swearing or unnecessary banging. The plumber Roberto works with even installed a new disposal in our kitchen since our old one was no longer working. The shower door and grout rework were excellent as well. What a pleasant experience. An additional note about Roberto... We had a top mount sink installed in the kitchen, not knowing that the granite needed to be cut in place to do that. Some dust was created, but Roberto sent someone the next day to clean and came himself to check on the work and ask for suggestions on how to improve next time. We loved working with Roberto and will do so again.

"After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"
