"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"The company who put the new deck on my lanai ran their concrete right up to the old 1 x 2 frame, thereby closing in all the "weep holes", allowing rain water to stand.  When I returned home after being away for an extended period, the lanai was full of mold because of the standing water and needed a thorough power washing.  
I called several companies for bids to fix the situation.  This company is the only one who called me back.  Jason came out 4/2 and offered the solution.  His men came out 4/21, replaced all the bottom 1 x 2 pieces and used new rust resistant screws with caps all around.  When they put in the new frame piece, they left a small gap so water could run off lanai and into the "weep holes" more efficiently. They replaced the bottom panel screen as well.  Plus, the gutter outside the front door had holes in it and the splash panel was not working as installed.  These items were replaced.
The men were hard working, polite, and did a very good job.  In addition, they cleaned up the work site when they were done.  I was amazed and grateful they did this.  I would recommend this company to anyone.  
I intend to have them come back and replace all the rusty screws on the remaining frame.
