"We recently had a service call by Mid-Westchester Sewer & Drain. Initially, the technicians were Gustavo and Mekhi and, when additional equipment was required, the owner of the service, Vinny, arrived with it. Over the course of several hours they snaked the outside water pipes from both ends, viewed the interior of the lines with a cable-mounted camera, and then flushed the lines with high-pressure water. They were prepared, professional, efficient, friendly and competent and we would recommend them without reservation."

Before he did anything, he put out blankets and buckets to protect my property. He then opened the drain, used a camera to view the entire length of the drain, and concluded we only needed to shave out roots that were blocking the flow down the drain. Two others confirmed the same. Jorge quoted us a reasonable price. We booked him the next day. Jorge showed up on time, did the same protective prep work, and completed the agreed upon shaving of the roots. Afterwards he took more video to show us the now cleared drain. 5 star"
