"We did not hire Danny as we have a friend of the family that we chose to use for the roof replacement. Danny was friendly and helpful. we would hire him for other work in the future.

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"We are having our roof and gutters replaced currently and have had a great experience so far! From the sales intro w/ Christian, to the crew doing the work, and QA follow-up w/ Alex, all of the steps have gone smoothly and the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful."

"05/14/2014-A lot more is happening.  The current hold up is due to the permits office in Jefferson County, WV.  It is over a flood plain issue, and the county not allowing a repair.  Since my last post, manager Doug Brenner has jumped through many hoops with the county, making many calls and visits to the county permit office and completing their additional requirements.  Champion, at their own expense, hired a surveyor to shoot an elevation to prove the property was not in the floodplain which cost them $1,000.00.  Mr. Brenner has kept us up to date with everything that is going on and we HOPE to bring this to a quick resolution so that we can get our room replaced!

We have yet to see how it will go.  We signed our contract on 09/28/2013. (corrected from 12/28/2013) Jim the salesman was very nice and accomodating.  The manager, Doug, has not followed up regarding when the permit will be ready and they can start.  When we called, several weeks ago, we were told that the permit was still with their engineers.  It is now 3/31/14 and nothing yet.  I am hoping that things happen soon and we can change this review to one that says "Well satisfied, great job on the finished project, Champion.""

"the roof was very good and the clean up was great. a week later the gutters were put on, and the clean up was the next day ( they ran out of time that day)."

"Star Choice provided excellent service during our remodel. They clearly communicated what would be done during initial discussions and provided a detailed and fair quote. Their estimate of the amount of tile we needed was perfect. Once work began, each phase of work happened on schedule. The craftsmanship was excellent, and although other contractors had been unwilling or concerned about the length of our tile, Star Choice was confident and capable. The end product looks great, and they cleaned up the worksite well at the completion of the job. I plan to work with them for other remodeling in the future and would highly recommend them to others."

"Very clean job and on time as scheduled. I would highly recommend this company for your roof repairs or replacement."

"

They were awesome.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

"This painting team was excellent, we will call George's Painting for all future painting projects.  The vice-president, Anthony B, came to the house and provided an estimate for the work.  While this estimate was slightly higher than the three other estimates we received, Anthony was the most impressive and could start the job right away.  He listened to our concerns and advised us appropriately.  This was a massive job.  There was about 2200sq ft of wallpaper covering two stories that needed to be removed and about 1000sq ft of faux painting that needed to be removed.  Anthony and his team completed this job in four days.  The painters arrived on time everyday.  They were polite and were responsive to all our questions.  The wall paper removal was tedious, so Anthony had 8 painters come to the house and complete the work.  After all the wall paper was removed, the painters prepared and repaired the walls for painting.  Our house looks magnificent.  Anthony even had the painters come back and complete some touch up painting after the electrician came through and installed several ceiling fans, leaving the walls damaged.  This is a very good and reliable company.
