"They were punctual and each crew took care in their job. There were 3 crews: roof, trim & gutters. Full roof replacement with underlayment replaced, 2 new skylights, new trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Each crew cleaned up nicely and the roof crew used a magnetic tool to collect any stray nails on the ground. Total time 3 days. Prior to install they were great communicators, called to confirm every appointment. And best is if you call them with a question you get a person! Not just a person but a considerate person. Only had the roof a few days now, but today was the first heavy rainfall and guess what? No leaks! Highly recommend them for a roof replacement. They were more costly than others we interviewed, BUT they had better products, offered more for air flow and overall had the best presentation and left the best printed brochures. Again, highly recommend. If there are any future leaks I'll update this but today was a good test. I'm no longer fearful for any sorts to come."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. "They gave me a very reasonable quote and I said do it and they did. They are very experienced roofers for such young men. They wore special roofer boots and scaled the roof like mountain goats. They completed the job very quickly and took pictures on their phone and showed me what they had done. They suggested I set some traps in the attic in case any critters were still inside. They were very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction and I intend to use them for other projects next spring (facia board replacement, balcony rail replacement, painting roof eaves that were neglected by house painter, and more)"

"PERFECT from start to finish. The house is an old two-story farmhouse originally built in the 1800's and a new kitchen addition was put on over a century later. It has a gambrel roof, which was the norm way back then. We were concerned as to how hard it would be to tear off the old shingles and put on new ones, due to the various heights and peaks. The roofers worked their magic and had it done in a matter of a few days, with nary a problem. Next came covering the entire house with Polar Wrap, Tyvek, and then the siding. We knew that once again it was not going to be an easy task.. and especially for only one man.. but Kenny went to work early in the morning, and did not quit until evening. It took him a few weeks and he just finished the entire project two days ago. We cannot say enough great things about him and the impeccable job he did, with every detail done to perfection. He is a true asset to his profession, and we have made a new friend. And last, but surely not least, is Jody the owner of Hammer Time. He is very nice, fair, honest, upfront about all costs, a great communicator, and is not the least bit pushy in any way. He truly cares about his workers and customers, and aims to please. He loves seeing the finished project which he did today, and I could see how proud he was by his big smile. Another new friend for us too! I highly recommend Hammer Time to anyone looking for home improvement and a great company."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
